Weniger Salz Japanische Sojasauce wird genau wie Allzweck-Sojasauce gebraut. Nach Abschluss des Fermentationsprozesses werden jedoch ungefähr 40% des Salzes entfernt. Alle Geschmacks- und Qualitätsmerkmale bleiben erhalten, da es gealtert wird, bevor das Salz extrahiert wird.
Less Salt Japanese Soy Sauce is brewed exactly the same way as all-purpose Japanese Soy Sauce. However, after the fermentation process is completed, approximately 40% of the salt is removed. All the flavor and quality characteristics remain because it is aged before extracting the salt.
